> Hi Tommy, These 3
parts a Toro Lawnmower shop could order in... The battery I used is a 12v
Panasonic,and it measures 5.5 inches long,x 3.5 inches wide,and 1.5 inches
thick, that has 2 spade connector mounts on one end for quick-release plugging
in. Part#104-7903 The plastic case it fits in,that I lined with foam
rubber,is part# 105-6843 The plug-in trickle charger for it is part #
104-7401,and the wire with the round holed plug is red-positive,since there
needs to be female spade connectors put on,instead of the Toro wiring harness
setup. I made a nice brake light switch setup using the OPC switch for a 37 inch
midsized mower.( didn't write that # down) A pair of #6411 12v European
tailight bulbs fit in the stock tailight prongs just right.I learned that there
are 2 types of horns,1 for AC,and 1 for DC,that I got from Baja Designs.The
common, flat 4-terminal wiring plug made for trailers worked nice in making a
quick-disconnect for the headlight,when making a wiring harness.I put an in-line
fuse holder in both the AC harness and DC side, using the flat-type reliable
fuses.I made the tiny aftermarket turn signals brighter by lining the black
housings inside with mirror decal paper.Really makes them bright, plus it's a
heat sheild,so you can position the bulbs farther away from the lens.My
headlight setup is a bit weird, since it has the Euro setup, that is totally
take-apartable with no tools, pretty neat.So an 1157 bulb fit in the bulb holder
perfect, and I cannibalized 2 car dome lights to get just the socket fixtures, and
bulbs, and soldered wires on the ends, then using the tootsie-roll-like kneadable
epoxy that dries rock hard and doesn't conduct electrcity,I mounted those 2
narrow bulb fixtures,1 on each side of the 1157 bulb.So the low beam is the 2
dome light bulbs, plus the tiny stock parking bulb. The highbeam is the 2
filiments of the 1157.With lining the inside of the shell with that same chrome
decal sheet,it's actually really bright, and with 1000 miles almost,no problems
yet.The anti-vibe handle mounts from a Stihl ms200t chainsaw worked great in
making vibe-proof turn signal mounts.I hope this doesn't sound too goofy. If you
ever want to know how to install a chainsaw compression release for ez kick
starting, let me know.It works sweet.Sorry for the epic post!I know a lot of this
won't pertain to your bike, but I was thinking making it may help another guy
here reading this.Regards, Steve
