Who's ready for the 4th week of high school winter league play???
Thanks to all those that came out for the third week of league play last Sunday at Austin High School! In all, several rounds of games were played in a round robin format (with most games played to 7). I'm hoping that we'll have more players (and more teams) for tomorrow's league games. Following are details for this week's games:

Note that each new player is required to submit a 'Player Registration Form'. The option to pay the full league registration is now closed; hence, all new players should plan to "pay to play" (at a cost of $10/week per player). The form you'll need to complete for this option is attached to this e-mail.
Also, for each team participating in the league, a 'Signature Page' (and associated 'Team Fee' of $25) must be submitted. This is discussed on the aforementioned website (and webpage) under the heading "ATTENTION CAPTAINS".
If you have any questions at all regarding tomorrow's league play, please let me know. And, please note that bottled water and light snack food items (i.e., an assortment of granola bars) will be provided for all participants.

P.S. The most significant changes from last week's league play are as follows:
1. We are back to the "pay to play" option for all players that have not paid the league fee of $40 (for all 6 weeks of league play and the season-ending tournament). Free play was provided last week at Austin High School due to a generous donation from Tony Chen ... thanks again Tony!!!
2. As noted in the name of the league, play is set up for high school students only. Several 8th graders were invited to join in league play last week and they will continue to be welcome. Unfortunately, we will not be accommodating any younger players (i.e., those in either 7th grade or middle school). Thanks for your understanding!
