High School Players and Captains,
Check ou this poll that was taken...I am not sure
when, or who was involved. In 2002, the youth
advisory committee developed the rules for age
requirements to allow college players return to their
high schools and share what they have learned after
playing on college teams. That rule is being
challenged. Check the results!

We can go either way as we develop enough membership
to host an official tournament. So, I would like to
know what we want to do for the TEXAS tournament.
Some players were upset that we let players out of
high school play, after their first college season.
I am asking your opinion, now...although we do not
need to set the rules until January.
Please discuss this with your teams/clubs...and let us
know how we should make the roster rules.
Personally, I think we could benefit from playing our
tournament with alumni involved. It is my opinion
that we would build faster. So, talk to us,
TEXAS...We are here for you.
For your Information...
We are hoping that you use the fall to recruit and
develop interest in our sport on your campus. The
weebsite will update as we get school started.
Tentative plans for this year include,
... a fall hat tournament and a some new player/team
clinics to happen this semster. Please, CONTACT us if
you want us to come to your school.
...Winter leagues are being planned in Dallas and
Austin (and perhaps Houston) to be played in
January-March.
...We are planning the STATE tournament for early
April this year; May is so busy... Hopefully, we will
be at the same location. The fields were sweet!
We welcome ANY comments-please. let us know what you
want.
We are here for YOU.
ULTIMATE...play the GAME, LIVE the SPIRIT.
Peace,
bubba
