May 7th is the date for the event. April 30th was the
deadline for registration. If you get your form in
the mail by Monday, that is OK...We are NOT the IRS!
WE do, however, need a parent/guardian signature for
each participant.

Also, we need an idea of actually how many will
attend, so that a venue can be selected from the
plethera of AISD facilities. We will select the
location based on participation and need for field
space. Location will be announced on Monday.
Players are encouraged to join
txultimate@yahoogroups.com to facilitate
communication.

I anticipate a six team tournament format. So far we
have received registration from LBJ, Keller and
Westlake. Erec receives the spirit award for advanced
registration---GO, LBJ!

We have distributed forms to Westwood HS in Round
Rock, Lago Vista, and all of the AISD High Schools. I
expect registration from Anderson, McCallum, Garza,
and Austin High. Freshman Players are coming from
St. Francis and Kealing.
