Hello Barbara,
I am the publisher of the recent Ultimate History book, "ULTIMATE--
The First Four Decades" which is the only book on the complete
history of the sport. I have a few thoughts that might help with
fundraising. Here is the book website:
http://www.ultimatehistory.com
A few of the books were printed with the centerfold bound upside
down, so I cannot sell them. The rest of the 208 page, hardback book
is perfect. I would be happy to send some to you if you wanted to
perhaps auction them off.
If you wanted to sell books at the tournament, or at an earlier
event, the attached Event Agreement shows how you can make about $8
for each sold book. You do not have to pay for the books until after
the event, and you can return any unsold books. You only have to
prepay for the shipping. Here's a web page showing a list of others
who sold the book at events as fundraisers:

If you have any other ideas, please do not hesitate to contact me.
