Here's the tentative schedule:

9:30-10:00 am Players will gather, late
registration.
10:00am Rules meting for all participants.
10:20am Warm-up Activities led by UPA certified
coaches.
10:45am Skills Development and strategy instruction
led by coaches.
11:30 Lunch at the fields

12:00pm Game #1

1:15pm Game #2

2:30pm Game #3

3:45pm Game #4

5:00 Cool down and spirit circle led by UPA Coaching
Corps.

Cost: $7 per player includes a disc for each
participant. You may bring your own lunch, or bring
$7 to purchase lunch on the day of the tournament.
Bring a white shirt, and a dark colored shirt (not
grey) Recommended footwear… soccer kleats. It will be
a long day of physical activity; a change of clothing
is recommended, including extra socks.

Players under 18 years of age will not be permitted to
participate without signature from parent or guardian.
