In Austin, five teen have perished in the last week in
car related accidents. Texas Law prohibits new
drivers (licensed less than 6 months) from having more
than one passenger younger than 21 years of age in the
vehicle they are driving.

Texas, with it's vast geography, requires more travel
as we develop Ultimate in different cities. Please
recruit parents to do the driving.
Carpooling is a more efficient way to travel, and a
way to build team camaraderie

The UPA suggests that no players transport other
players to Ultimate related activities. UPA chaperon
waivers are required for UPA sanctioned events. As
we try-out all over the state of TEXAS, we strongly
encourage that players make safe arrangements for
transportation to and from try-out and practice
sessions.
