Registration is now available for the UPA Coaching
Clinic that will be held in HOUSTON on JANUARY 28th
at ST. JOHN's SCHOOL. This is an excellent
opportunity for you to learn skills to support the
growing number of Ultimate players at all levels. The
clinic covers essential coaching topics including
liability and insurance, coaching ethics, promoting
the sport, teaching introductory skills, spirit of the
game, and how to structure a practice. This is also
an opportunity to move coaching in Ultimate towards
increased standardization and professionalism. The
clinic costs $70 and is a full day clinic which
includes breakfast, lunch, the UPA Coaches Manual, and
a free disc and t-shirt. As a certified coach you
