After 2 years of not being able to get any
answers or compensation for the destruction of
all of our range equipment in Johnson City. I
have filed a suit in small claims court. This
was the last thing I wanted to do. I kept expecting
the responsible parties to step and do the right
thing. Unfortunately they did not and have forced
us to have to take them to court

If we are to win this case we need the people who
were there that morning to either write notarized
statements or be witnesses. We also need some of
the people who used to shoot with us to write
notarized statements about the equipment that we
owned and used on that range.

date is on August 11th.

This loss was pretty devastating to our matches
and almost closed us down for good. I want to
thank everyone that helped get us back on our
feet. I really appreciate it!
