Jogger dies in Minneapolis; ID is a mystery

A jogger collapsed and died in Minneapolis, and authorities today are asking the
public's helping in identifying him.

A witness saw the man fall to the path about 8:30 p.m. Monday near West River
Parkway and E. 26th Street, the Hennepin County medical examiner's office said
this afternoon.

The man is described as white, anywhere from 50 to 70 years old, 6 feet tall,
202 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a Minnesota Vikings
sweatshirt, athletic shoes and Polo Ralph Lauren eyeglasses.

Anyone with information is asked to call the medical examiner at 612-215-6300.
