Hello Friends and Family!



I am looking to recruit some volunteers (12 to be exact) to help me at the Kids
Triathlon at the Plymouth Lifetime Fitness Club on Sunday, July 12th. Spouses,
significant others, friends and family (Ages 16+ preferred) are definitely
welcome. I know it sounds like a long way off in the future, but summer
calendars fill up so quickly! I will be in charge of coordinating the Finish
Area where we will be in charge of getting refreshments, handing out medals and
giving out the grab bags.



This will be a fun day and it will be great to get out and see kids get excited
about fitness and being active!



Here are the details:

What: Lifetime Fitness Kids Triathlon

When: Sunday, July 12th (I may possibly need a couple of
volunteers on Saturday evening as well.)

Time: 5:30 a.m. â€" 12:00 p.m.

Where: Lifetime Fitness- Plymouth Club, 3600 Plymouth Blvd.,
