Just a reminder that the clothing order is due this Saturday. Please check the
home page of our website to view the clothing and for order information. Also,
information on the run clinic with our own Paul Johnson and friends is posted.
This is free to either club member as it is a 'co'ordinated event. I'm off for
a run so that I can meet a side goal of getting in 20% of the run volume that
Art does. I'll be starting from the cop shop in St. Paul in order to get some
quality speed work in - just push a cop over and run like heck. Fastest 1 mile
ever...
