Hey all,

The TCMC crew has been busy at work outlining clinics and group training for the 2009 year.  We’ll be posting information on the website over the weekend with some surprising news! 

In the meantime, we do have the opportunity to bring Phil Godkin from Louis Garneau back in this Wednesday to teach us all that we have zero excuse not to get our butts outside this winter.  Phil will discuss appropriate attire focused on fabric composition and layering (and not specifically on Louis Garneau) and answer questions.  Sorry this is short notice – I literally found out 2 minutes ago.  So plan for Wednesday, Dec. 10^th from 8-9p.m at Saint Paul College.  I will solidify a room and send out another e-mail on Monday with directions and parking instructions.
