To this I respond that we in Northeast Oklahoma need to work to make our events a point of destination and let other states worry about conflicting with us....
You're right Jerry, we should make our events more attractive and that includes cooperating on dates. But in this case it's not about competing with Texas......
In this case I think it's just a matter of that was when the YMCA could hold the event. They are new to this and would not have any knowledge of conflicting...
