There will be a Category C officials clinic in Ft. Smith, Ark. on January 21,
2006. This is clinic for new officials for USCF, but open to any official that
might want a refresher.

Instructors: Steve Shepherd and Marc Langille Itinerary: This is a
day long clinic. Please bring a lunch or order in. Pre-clinic study materials
include the 2006 USCF and NORBA rulebooks (found online at USAC website). There
will be an open-book multiple-choice test. Bring a check for $35 for USAC
officials license. New officials will be expected to volunteer at one of the
local races before working as a paid official. This will also be a refresher
clinic for existing level C officials. Directions: 7600 Dallas Street,
