Hello Everybody,
The Run tomorrow will be aprox 4 miles. The goal for these first runs, is to focus on technique, to build up a solid base and to condition your bodies for the 2008 season. So don't be afraid if we stop in the middle of the run and start doing some push ups or lounges to work on strength.
The run is open for all levels, I know it is getting a bit cold out there , but believe me you won't be the only one training outside at that time...
I will be wearing the TANYC cap
