I did Ironman Florida Last year. I am not so sure about that " FLAT " part. I have to admit i saw a lot of ups and downs. Eagleman is way flatter. I found a lot of wind the whole ride in Florida which never helps. I am a strong cycleist and it took me over 6 hours to finish. So be careful with the " FLAT " word!
