Gents,
My wife Linda has always been VERY supportive of my sport-sim hobby, and I
like to return the favor whenever I can.
Last summer Linda was laid off from Washington Mutual; while she was looking
for work she became a consultant for Tastefully Simple. It's a company that
markets gourmet food products through parties (yeah, like Tupperware) but
also offers online purchasing. Slogan: "The food you love, the time you
deserve." It's not complete meals... they have sauces, spices, dips, mixes,
etc. -- mostly things that are ready-to-serve or just require an added
ingredient.
She got off to a good start but then rejoined the workforce, so this has
become a part-time venture. Ultimately she'd like to build it to the point
where she can replace her income and run this business full time. My role
has been to help out behind the scenes and try not to eat up all the
profits!
That last part is HARD... cuz this stuff is really good! Especially the
snacks and desserts... the stuff I SHOULD be avoiding!
If you'd like to check it out, the website is www.tastefullysimple.com If
you click on Consultant Search and enter Linda's ID number 0054522 she'll
get credit for anything you might choose to purchase.
If you know someone who'd be interested in hosting a party, Linda's willing
to travel anywhere within a day's drive of Chicago. She can also plan "book
parties" for those further away. But you don't have to do the party thing
to buy the products... you can do that online.
We would both appreciate it very much if you'd share this email with anyone
you think might be interested. And I promise, this is the last time I'll
send out a plug like this! :-)
Steve
P.S. - My apologies to those who receive this more than once. One of us is
in too many leagues... probably me! LOL
