There is a brief article on the Upper St. Clair Township, PA Community Rec Center in the March 08 issue of Athletic Business (Page 107).

 

The ST Clair web page has nice design report on the $22.5 million 82,000 square foot facility.  (Which includes both indoor and outdoor aquatics).

I share this- just in case folks might like to review efforts, costs, and design from other areas of the nation.
