The following posting, at another blog

seems to refer to an earlier SNA posting regarding mold.

Hi folks -
What a great meeting yesterday - thanks, Diane!! I saw Ranger Mo
yesterday at St. Eds - and he had not received any complaints about
mold/mildew in the pool area, so probably the first thing to do is
actually tell him.
He also clarified the maintenance responsibility a little more. As
we discussed yesterday, the state owns the buildings and land, but
the pool maintenance is run by NW Center under a contract that is
paid for by 3 funding partners: the state, City of Kenmore and
Evergreen Hospital. So... routine maintenance is the financial
responsibility of NW Center as specified in contract. Any
unforeseen maintenance costs beyond the routine (e.g., if they had
to bring in expertise to get rid of mold), the state is obligated to
pay. So what that means is that the only relevant parties to the
discussion are NW Center and the state (i.e., Mo).
I hope this is helpful -- it seems pretty straight forward. That
said, if the concerned party still wants some support, I'd be happy
to help.
If any of you want to know more about the history of St Ed's and the
current proposals for use of the large seminary building adjacent to
the pool - a couple of good sites are SEELC.org and c4sep.org
