There seems to be a possiblility that Kirkland might be willing to
consider an interlocal agreement with NPRSA toward partnering on an
Aquatics facility.

That was a tip that I received last week thru SNA's backdoor, and
passed along to the NPRSA "city" council reps via email.

That would easily increase the support base and critical mass to build
and operate an aquatics facility, and increases site options near
I405, serving all 4 cities.

The geographic area north of Kirkland, known as Juanita, will most
likely be annexed at some point in the future.
