The NPRSA meeting for October has been cancelled/postponed. 
The member reps are awaiting responses for information relevant to
their work and ramp up.
 
I'm advised that they do plan to meet in November.
 
[September's meeting included an NPRSA member briefing/update
by Bothell's Assistant City Manager tranistioning the past NPRSA
(2003-2004) process with current possibilities/direction.]

As I've indicated before, the tentative plan timetable appears to be:
* Early 2008 - Fund and conduct a more in depth study 
* Late 2008 - Place an NPRS Aquatics measure on a ballot
 
Public input/meeting opportunities will occur.
 
I believe an advisory committee, representing various
constituencies and user groups would serve the community well.
