The Clips looked great in their 4 game home winning streak, even
blowing out most of the opposition. Then they go on the road and
look like a totally different team. It's deffinatly mental and
they've got to grow up. Eventually teams have to learn how to win on
the road. All the success at home means nothing if we go 0 for
Texas, which we probably will. It looks like Kamans' hit a wall, but
he'll play out of it. He's gonna be a good one. C'MON CLIPS LETS
WIN ONE ONE THE ROAD!!!!
i didnt like rice either but what a game against dallas, the ending
was reminiscent of the lakers kings game, just a more broken down
version...
brands fadeaway shot is missed, maggettes tip is missed, finley
knocks ball away, rice picks up ball at top of the key and sinks a
jumper next to a running steve nash, remind you of anything?

hell, I didn't need ESPN to tell me Kobe's a good fit for the Clips
and vise versa - figured that out on my own! ;-P
as for Overton vs. Wang, I dunno....may be a lateral move, but Wang
wasn't getting much PT or showing anything. he may develop into
something good, but how long would we have to wait? it seems like a
waste what with our other 2 guys in the middle.

i think is stupid getting overton again for wang zhizhi. I just got
the whole season ticket because i want to see him. you heard from
espn.com that clippers would like kobe to go there and kobe like
clippers because he is friend with maggette and the coach.
I would never do it. Shaq just isn't a good return on investment
(all the guys we'd be trading him at this point). his injuries make
him too much of a question mark. he can't carry a team with the
number of minutes he'd be averaging, he needs his supporting cast to
carry him, and wouldn't be good for a large number of minutes per
game. he'll retire WAY before a guy like Karl Malone ever did.

I went to the movies with this guy and we shared a bag of popcorn. He held the
popcorn on his lap but little did I know he poked a hole in the bottom of the
bag big enough to stick his dick in. His cock was slick with butter so I just
had to suck him off. Mmmmmmmmm I sure thought that popcorn tasted good and now I
know why! And they say true love is hard to find! Take a look here.

That even sounds crazy to me and I'm the one typing it. lol.
But
it's true. Two guard isn't a need for us. Q and Corey are
studs and
haven't even reached their peak yet. Kobes' a star, no doubt,
but
he's also very high maintenance, which this team finally shed
themselves of this year in Odom and Olowokandi. Here's one for
y'all
though. Our #1(we really don't need any more picks and their
isn't
any pt for a rook anyway) Elton Brand (I think Wilcox has proven
that
he can be a very good starting power foward) Chris Kaman (gonna
be a
very good and consistent center, No Olowokandi, here) and Keyon
Dooling for Shaq. Our starting 5 would be, Jaric, Q, Maggette,
Wilcox and Shaq. Best and most athletic team in the NBA. Plus
we're
giving the Lakers 3 young starters including an All Star in
Brand and
a possible 4th starter in the #1 pick.

---In all honesty I think the team is better off w/o Lamar. Think
back to last year and how many times during close games he would just
hold on to the ball for 23 seconds and then jack up a crazy shot.
He's selfish and isn't basketball savy. In

The Clippers havent retired any jerseys, and I doubt any one
will get the honor before Brand.

Loy Vaught's should definitely be retired, but since that won't
happen anytime soon (I guess), I say he will do the jersey number
some justice, this guy can ball that's all that matters...I'm also a
#35 fan, Vaught was always one of my favorites and definitely among
my top 3 Clippers ever.

I think Kobe is probably a better fit with the Clippers than the
Lakers anyway, like many people do....Kobe among them?
I mentioned it to my roommate (Lakers fan) and he balked, but I told
a guy at work the same thing (another Laker fan) and he thought it
sounded feasible.
hey, stranger things have happened....if that's where he wants to go,
I say let's support it. think about how few Lakers have gone on to
become valued Clippers players - very few except Norm Nixon. but
other way around, there's Byron Scott, and others that have gone that
way. time for the tables to be turned.

can someone tell me what jerseys the Clippers have ever retired?
I can think of one that should be automatic....McAdoo played for the
franchise only 4 years but we drafted him and he's a HOF'er. that
means automatic to me (and yet another Clip that went on to play for
the LAL's, bleh). but just curious, cuz I went to

retiring, by the usual standards. doesn't mean I dont love the guy

Wow... what a refreshing sight to see, the Clippers over .500 and
actually winning close games. Yes, they do collaspe and give up huge
leads (ie. the game againist the Warriors), but they have the poise
to pick it up and win the game. Mike Dunleavy, has been almost a
godsend to the club. I don't think Alvin Gentry could of pulled off
these close wins like Dunleavy did. It also seems like the Clippers
have found their 6th man in Wilcox (when Brand gets back, he'll
definately be THE 6th man), and their 3rd scoring option in Q. Also,
it seems like Jaric has woken up, and realized that his job is on
the line if he doesn't perform up to par. And finally, I am amazed
at the tenacity and balls that Eddie House has... He is absolutely
fearless about taking the last second shots. That shot againist the
Warriors toward the end, WOW!! Not only does he play better D than
Pike, I think his clutch rating is just as high. (Pike could shoot
clutch like crazy, but he would have never run up and gun the shot
like House did on Golden State)...
That's all I have to say =]

Hey guys,
Just found this site surfing the net. Die hard Clips fan for as long
as I can remember, through the good years (all 2 of them lol) and the
mostly rough ones. Can anyone say Keith Closs? I love Maggette and Q
but I'm wondering why Dunleavy refuses to play Wang. Everytime he
came in last year he was instant offense and brought huge excitement
to the crowd. I guess he's not a great defender but I feel that his
scoring ability more than makes up for that. In the OT win in Denver
he was a dnp coaches decision. I don't get it, especially our lack
of size. All he needs is a chance.
Hey Guys,
I found this site surfing the web. Diehard Clips fan since I can

I think his scoring more than makes up for that. Especially with our
mediocrity at center. In the OT win versus Denver he got a dnp
