HEAD COACHING CONSIDERATION<br><br>The Los Angeles
Clippers today announced that interim head coach Jim Todd
is no longer under consideration for the team's head
coaching vacancy. Vice President of Basketball Operations
Elgin Baylor met with Todd Monday to inform him of the
club's decision. <br><br>"Jim Todd has made a lot of
friends here. We appreciate his effort and hard work, and
we have let him know that he is entitled to be
considered for a position on the staff, based on the wishes
of the new head coach," Baylor said. <br><br>Baylor
added, "Since the end of the season, we have looked at
our situation very aggressively. It is our goal to
hire a coach who we can count on to develop our
players and maximize their potential. It is our objective
to have this situation successfully completed by
next month's NBA Draft." <br><br>Todd joined the
organization as an assistant coach under Chris Ford for the
1998-99 season. He was made interim head coach on
February 3, 2000, when Ford was let go. The Clippers, who
had been 11-34 under Ford, finished the 1999-2000
season 4-33 under

Probably not. I got the approval using
clipperstalk.com, that's why I made it look the way it does to make
them say ooh and aaah, so if anything they may chat on

Just think about it. In the 70s, Sterling owned
the Lakers. He sold it to a guy named Jerry Buss and
Lakes won many rings in 80s. Unfortunately, sterling
bought clips after. It would be funny if Jerry Buss had
owned the Clips, and the Clips would have had Shaq,
Kobe, Magic, Kareem, James, etc. And DONALD STERLING
SUX! THATS WHY LAL SUCKED IN 70s...

Well, from my view the Clippers could attract
players if they do a sign and trade deal with both Mo and
DA. Trade them for another big name player. The
Clippers really need to re-sign Closs (he can leave) and
make Sterling resign. (sorry bout the pun) Draft pick
I dunno but hopfully it will turn out as good as
Odom (or better).

I would agree that DA and Mo are gone but please,
Tim Duncan? Grant Hill? I am the biggest Clippers fan
there is and even I don't have hope that either one of
those guys is coming here. They want to win
championships not just make the playoffs. Donald Sterling has
given this team the worst reputation in sports, there
is no way these guys will sign. I say, go after
Jalen Rose and Draft Kenyon Martin and Re-sign
Anderson. That would be a great

Mo and DA are gone, No doubt. Now we should look
for good veterans like what clipperfan25 said. I'm
thinking Reggie Miller, Tim Hardaway, Sam Casell, etc. And
the coach of the clippers is probally going to be
Mike Fratello. With these changes I hope we make it to
the playoffs. GO CLIPPERS!
