Okay, skiing season is officially over and you are about to lose your looks in
your abs, quads and belly. No my friends, this doesn't have to be. You can keep
those muscles in tip top shape and keep your great physique and stamina all year
round to be ready for the steeps, bumps and powder next year.

Bicycle Rides". There's as list of about 37 bike rides that you can sign up for.
They're mainly in Long Island but a few are out of town. Mileages, locations and
websites are listed too.
So check it out and post a message on this forum if you're interested in doing
one of the rides. Some of us may join you.
