Exciting things are going on with our team, but the best new is this:

The SufferJets are happy to announce the kick off of roller derby in Ithaca. Our home season begins on Friday, May 23 at the Cass Park Rink, 701 Taughannock Blvd. Come out to see the Ithaca SufferJets face off against the Syracuse Psycho Dolls. Cheer on your local derby girls!

Doors open at 6:30 pm and the action starts at 7:00 pm. Live broadcast by WVBR. Plenty of side-line entertainment.

After the bout, be sure to join your roller-girls for drinks and merriment at the Chapter House Brew Pub on 400 Stewart Avenue (http://www.chapterhouseithaca.com/).

This is your chance to see derby in person! But there will be other derby-licious events going on in Ithaca in the near future. Save these dates:
