Hey all, Think about going up to denver this Saturday after pickup to watch Team USA Play vs. "Elite Club Nationals Players from the Denver area"
(see below) Game starts at 4:15.

Should be fun to watch. Come support yours truly trying not to get her ass whooped by Team USA.

Youth Clinic

Who: Any youth player (boys and girls) who wants to get better

and learn one on one from some of the top players in the country.

When: Sat. April 11th from 2 pm until 4 pm

Where: Colorado Academy (directions below)

What to expect:
Meet the Players
  1 on 1 Throwing with Team Members
Throwing Drill
     Scrimmage with Team USA
  1 on 1 Defensive drill

Match up against Team USA including Beau Kittredge & Deb Cussen
Cutting drill
Scrimmage until the end

With 19 Team USA players you can expect a lot of individual attention!!!

About Team USA

Team USA will compete against national teams from Canada, Japan, Australia, Great Britian and host country Chinese Taipei at the 2009 World Games July 19-21 in Kaohsiung, Chinese Taipei. The IWGA World Games are conducted under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee and are the the only international multisport event in which Ultimate is contested.

Team USA took home the Gold medal from the 2005 World Games and the silver medal in 2001, the first year in which Ultimate was included as part of the World Games. While Team USA receives some financial support from the Ultimate Players Association, a signficant portion of their training, preparation and travel expenses are borne by the athletes themselves.

They sincerely appreciate the support of the US Ultimate community, and are pleased to present this clinic for youth players and the showcase game for the entire Ultimate community. Your donations to Team USA at these events are sincerely appreciated.
