In case you have not heard, the 11th edition rules were approved today by UPA members. The vote was an overwhelming 85% in favor of the new rules.

If you have not had a chance to read the new rules, they can be accessed here (pdf). A simple overview of the changes can be viewed here (pdf).

All UPA events for 2007 going forward will be using the 11th Edition Rules.

Alll UPA members will be sent new books upon renewal for the 2007 year.
