First of all, I think that today Pick-Up should be cancelled. I posted it on the website last week, and I don't think that many people would show up.

Secondly, I think the entire Tuesday Pickup needs to be talked about. I have showed up almost ever Tuesday since we started doing pick-up. The first few were actually ok... we had seven on seven. However, last week we did not have hardly anybody. For a lot of us, driving to Bear Creak is a long drive, and we would like to play Ultimate. Several people who actually came to last week's pickup stated that they would not come to Tuesday Night'ts Pick-Up again. This is dissapointing. I would love to play on Tuesday Nights, however my drive is close to half and hour and having nobody show up wastes over an hour of a Tuesday Night. Let's thinks about Tuesday Pickup. If you still want to play in the following weeks, please let me know (and everybody else who has decided not to come anymore)...

Lastly, tomorrow is the start of the Wednesday Night Ultimate! McCabe's Tavern downtown has CSTV and they have told me that they will but the games on the Big Screen. For the next four Wednesday's there will be an unofficial league party at McCabe's. The bar is downtown at 520 S. Tejon St. A map is available here. Bring your friends, it should be fun.
