April 1, Stazio, 9 am check-in

* Same format as last year
4 men / 3 women on the field
4 different games on 4 different teams
Bring a BLACK shirt and a WHITE shirt

* Same place as last year
Stazio softball fields

* Same (almost) date as last year
Saturday April 1st

* Same start time as last year
Gates open and check-in starts at 9am, first game at 9:45am sharp,
last game ends at 4:30pm, gates close at 6:30 pm.

* Same deal as last year
Bagels/Bananas for breakfast
Pizza at 4:30
Beer/Mead available whenever Grady finds the tap
Recharge/Water available throughout the day
Prizes (hats, this year it's FEZ's !!!)

* Same signup procedure as last year
You MUST pre-pay to play
$13 check (made out to GRU) or cash will get you in
(please include your email, so that we can keep you
informed)
Signup opportunities include B-league draft day, Captains Forum,
A-league draft day, and the GRU Clinic.
PLUS, we have arranged a drop box at the Wilderness Pub (starting
this friday),
so that you can sign up anytime you are thirsty!

* GRU is paying for the field rental, so GRU players have first
priority.
After mid-march, if sign-up is slow, we will start giving away
your
spot to some Denver or Ft. Collins wannabe. (If it's really really
slow,
we'll let Haarburger know.)
