The group will be staying four nights at the River Terrace Inn located in Napa Valley, California. We have reserved Junior Suites that include Jacuzzi tubs and a balcony overlooking the river. The inn offers a full breakfast buffet daily, turn-down service, and it has a fitness center and high speed internet.  We have selected the River Terrace Inn because it is a 5-6 block walk to the shopping and dining area of downtown Napa.  A free “Downtown Trolley” stops at the River Terrace Inn every 20 minutes.

The week’s activities include:

Sunday-Arrive into the San Francisco airport and take a private coach to Napa Valley.

 Dinner on Sunday evening is at Cuvee and is included in the price of the trip.

Monday – The group will gather in the morning at Copia for “Winetasting 101” and a

Food Class.  In the afternoon the group will take a private coach wine tasting tour

through the Napa Valley.  Grab a box lunch at Copia or along the way for a picnic in the

vineyards.

Tuesday (optional) – The Napa Valley Bike Tour Company will pick us up at the River

Terrace Inn at 9am for a Bike & Wine Tasting Tour through Napa and Yountville, a

 picnic lunch is included.  Dinner and sight seeing that evening is on your own.

Wednesday – “The Wine Train” - View the scenic Napa Valley in "elevated style"

aboard this elegant fully "glass~topped" 1947 Pullman Vista Dome Dining Car.....

a 4-course luncheon and a 'welcome' glass of Napa Valley's premier sparkling wines

is included.  Lunch includes appetizer, soup or salad, entrée, dessert, coffee, tea and

a glass of champagne. Lunch is from 10:30am –2:30 pm. Dinner and sight seeing that

evening is on your own.

Thursday – A private coach ride back to the San Francisco airport and Fly Home.

Wine Tasting Fees during the week are not included.
