WHEN? Wednesday, May 17 at 4:30pm and 6:15pm
Thursday, May 18 at 9:15am
COST: $20 for unlimited classes for one week (Introductory offer)
WHAT TO BRING: Towel, Water and yoga mat (if you have one)
WHAT TO EXPECT: 90 minute class in a heated room with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to work every bone, muscle, joint, ligament, tendon, organ, system, gland, and cell in your body.
