I've heard of "joggers-nipple", but this seems far more unpleasant!

After just a very few minutes of my long Sunday moring run with weight vest, a small bottle of energy gel (50% polymer) that I had been carry in the front pouch of my weight vest all leaked out and flooded my groin area and inner thighs. Being in a country location and not wanting to return home I continued with my 2hrs 40mins run. The gel quickly 'dried' on all areas forming a very effective 'glue'. My tights were glued to my thighs and my genitals glued up. Periodically I pullled my lycra tights away from my inner thighs so that I could run more freely, unfortunately this effectvely removed several layers of skin each time I did it. Thankfully strong sugar solutions dissolve in warm water and after peeling off my tights to inspect raw inner thighs I was able to free everything up with a warm but painful shower. There is probably a clever punch line to this stroy but I can't think of one! William.
