It should be as in Cycle Chat - The Sugar Loaf  in Market Harborough for Coffee. The Yahoo! Group calendar had not been updated to reflect the change from last year, since when the Wetherspoons pubs started opening on Sunday mornings and offering Coffee & muffin for £1.39 in places we wouldn't otherwise have visited. It adds a bit of variety, as Hallaton gets a lot of use by us anyway.   Incidentally, I heard today that the gift shop at Hallaton is closing (sale of goods under way), to allow conversion to accommodation. No doubt they will be making alternative toilet arrangements for cafe users!   Yes Anne, Caldecott on the A6003 is the lunch stop. (Not quite as close to coffee as you might like, but not that far). No doubt someone will sort out the most appropriate route at coffee: I will be joining the ride at lunch, as I will be at Stamford overnight attending a meeting to discuss plans for the Thurlby control on this Summer's London-Edinburgh-London Audax ride (not one for you Anne, but I'm sure Sheila will be interested!).   If there is any change to the lunch venue, could someone call me on my mobile to let me know - the number is 0794 166 9602. Maybe we should have a list of mobile numbers for use when changes occur; last Sunday the coffee stop at the Battlefield Centre at Market Bosworth was closed for refurbishment, and we had to use the wharf cafe at Sutton Cheney. Several weeks before that, the Farm Shop at Catthorpe was closed. So having a list available would allow folk to meet up when there has been a change of plan, or someone is delayed reaching the start.
