Notes her in white, him in silver grey Four Seasons nice rotational lift
to start nice change of edge lift / O ftwrk to crowd clapping music
/ crowd loved lift where he holds her paralell to ice in spiral. It
was a pleasant dance even though they were veryslow and the
difficulty wasn't there"Small Technical difficulties are delaying
the marks" -- this comment comes after a 5 minute wait. The
wave has now started in the arena .Through the bincoluar we
now see the judges being handed pieces of paper andwriting on
them and being collect. This is hilarious -- the random Secrt
Komputer has a bug -- which one of you skatefans put it there
????? The conferences going on at the referree's stand are
frantic.

FRA Pechalat / Bourzat Start No: 2 Place: 2
Notes bright royal blue with silver & blue trim Middle Eastern starting out
with requisit hand gestures Already they're noticably faster than
Piche/Denis / she's coming out of the twilzzles weird seems to
be putting her foot down too soon / very nice ch of edge lift /
they're slowing down now / Music changes to faster beat crowd
clapping. Another pleasant dance -- I'm quite surprised I liked it .
Must have been tough to skate after such a long waitJudges
are marking chits and they're being brought up to the referee's
stand (which is above the judges) Wonder if this also means that
they don't have instant replay (if they use it for dance)

Notes her in deep green with asymetircal cut bare midriff, him in suit &
tie james Bond, Golden Eye, Avengeres / they're both cute and
this was a fun dance -- they have decent speed

POL Nowak / Kolasinski Start No: 4 Place: 1
Notes her in red - reall nice trimed in black him in white with black cape
effect on one shoulder Phantom of the Opera think there might
have been a problem on the rotational lift (was at far end of ice) /
last dance spin travelled. Again, I enjoyed this dance -- nothing to
write home about but quite nice

USA Gregory / Petukhov Start No: 5 Place: 2
Notes ugly costume of the event award (so far) deep fushia her dress
si covered in sequins of gold silver & red in a zig-zag pattern she
also has a piece of plain fabric over her rear end that when still
looks like the body of a sweater than someone tied around her
waist by the sleeves. When she moves it looks like a fail. His
shirt is fushia with a wide deep v lined in sequins grey pant with
a sequined belt and sequins on the calf. Now that I've spent the
whole dance describing their costumes, there isn'ta time to talk
about the dance and it's over anyway. The only place he
doesn'thave sequins is on the open chest , mind you doesn't have
any chest hair so I guess there's no deduction

Notes her in hot pink with yellow & purple him in black Remember me,
She's been Good, Tic tic tack rotational life was nice / I liked the
change of edge lift. This dance was very simple -- a lot of the
moves seemed to be repeated

ITA Faiella / Scali Start No: 7 Place: 1
Notes black with too many siquins but for this dance they really work
and I have to admit that I like them. It's real Latin ballroom / very
good ch of edge lift / twizzles were slow but very well timed to
music in sync / gender bender lift / great diag sequence. Rose ,
who doesn't like latin dance normally really liked this dance they
were both so into it and moved so well to the music. The crowd
loved it, they got a 3/4 standing ovation.

Notes very middle eastern -- do not like the costumes at all-- his golden
breast plate in the shape of a scarab is just way too much and
add the black 'skirt' and then her wig. I had to make a bathroom
break during the ice make and missed basically all of their dance

Notes black velvet with red & multicolour shreds hanging off them they
both have a 'target' over their left breast Fire On Ice / great fast
rotation lift / great dancing in place / another great rotation lift /
very nice difficult fast O ftwrk / another fast rot lift / now to the
slow part / change of edge lift where she changes position as
well / great lift where she's a chair and he does a back bend /
straight ftwrk to great beat and crowd capping. Partial standing
ovation

UKR Grushina / Goncharov Start No: 10 Place: 1
Notes gold with black and white shirds him in mostly black with gold
design of lines on chest and shred of grey & white Quixote
They're looking ragged and a bit slower than usual. Paula saw
some small bobbles at the beginning. I really like the ending
30seconds -- it had slower and more finished moves. The dance
overall didn't do much for me though

Notes him in burgundy shading to mauve-blue at shoulders & sleeves
Her in same blue shredded skirt with blue on right sight of bodice,
irrgular purple latice effect on left side / Dance with my heart. I
find the music somewhat monotonous rather than the
mezmerizing that It probably is meant to be. It seems a bit slow
and a bit empty. There is a lot more footwork and dance holds
than they have had in the past but they still spend too much time
apart. The lifts are great and very complicated as are the dance
spins but there isn't enough 'dance' for me
