Hi, Mike - I e-mailed you about this and received your reply, but
I'll answer it here for the benefit of others who may be wondering.
The info on the order form stated that the tickets would be mailed
out the day after the order was received, and that all orders should
be RECEIVED by December 10.

It'll be nice to see you in St. Louis, 'glad you can make it!
