Northwest Badminton Association (NWBA)
NWBA first electronic newsletter
You are receiving this email because you are badminton player within
Region 4.
This bi-monthly newsletter has been created to facilitate a better
flow of badminton information within Region 4. The NWBA website -
www.northwestbadminton.org has also recently been updated to
bring more exciting badminton news within Region 4 and around the US.
However, in order to make this mailing list as well as the website more
effective, you, as part of Region 4 badminton players will have to lend
a hand to help. Here are some things that you can help with:
1) Spread the word:
-First of all, check out the website and let us know what you think.
-Help spread the word about the website and about the mailing list. If
anyone wants to be on the mailing list, please ask them to write to me
at webmaster@...
-Print out this newsletter and bring it to your club meetings.
-If you know any club that's not listed, encourage them to list their
club on this website.
2) Accuracy of information
-While you're visiting the website, please take a look at the information
about your club and make sure the information list is still accurate. If
not, please email me at webmaster@... with the updated
information.
3) Articles and News
-A good website is one that features good articles and interesting news.
Therefore, if you come across any interesting articles or if you would
like to write it, please feel free to do so and send it to me at
webmaster@... for review.
-If there is a good event at your local club, please let us help you get
the information out thru our website and don't forget to send me a report
or results of your event!
4) Suggestions and corrections
-Suggestions and corrections are always welcomed. If you are receiving
multiple copies of this newsletter, please be sure to let me know, so I
can make changes to the mailing list. Please be sure to let me know what
your name is and which email address you'd like me to remove.
5) Spam issues
-In order to help differentiate between spam and badminton emails, please be
sure to include the word "Badminton" in the subject when you send us
emails,
and we'll do the same.
Thank you.
