The High School All American Award is given by USA Badminton each year
to high school juniors and seniors who have outstanding badminton and
academic achievements. In Year 2007, one of our local juniors, Richard
She of Lakeside School, is amongst the winners of this award, for his
outstanding badminton and academic achievements. Richard is highly
recommended by his coach, Kenny Lu, for the award. At the 2007 Junior
National Championship, Richard got a 5th Place medal in U19 Boys'
Doubles. Please join me in congratulating Richard in his
accomplishment and wish him success in his future badminton years to
come. For all other high schoolers, please watch out for the
application form in the summer time. It may be "YOU", who is the next
winner!
