Just a reminder that starting this Sunday there will be badminton at
the International District/Chinatown Community Center, 719 8th Ave
S., from noon to 6pm. The cost is a $5 based on a punch card system.
A $50 punch card is good for 10 sessions.

The catch is that you can't buy the punch cards on Sunday! Ying-Fang
helpfully suggests that you can call the IDCCC during their normal
hours (11-9 MWF, 1-9 TTh, 10-5 Sat, 206-233-0042) and pay using a
credit card. Then all you need to do is pick up your punch card when
you show up on Sunday. Be sure to have a photo ID.

John Tong encourages everyone to get their punch card in the next
couple of days because only a few have been sold so far and if
turnout is low then the entire program is at risk.

Even if you forget to buy a punch card you should still show up on
Sunday. John says you'll be able to borrow a punch from another
player's card as a last resort.
