I just want to tell fans that on March 29, 2007, Sean Fergus Lamont
received The Famous Grouse Scotland Player of the Season award for
2006-2007.

Chris Paterson, Simon Taylor and Kelly Brown were also up for the
award. All of them great players.

Sean Lamont(Northampton Saints)is the first out-and-out Winger to
win the award which was created 11 years ago.

In an earlier interview on March 16 while at the Stade du Francaise
for the RBS Six Nation, the calendar was brought up.

"It seems so long ago since I did it-last year after the Six Nations-
and I took a bit of stick from the Scotland boys as well as my team-
mates at Northampton. It didn't bother me at the time and I wouldn't
have done it if it did. I've no regrets and if you asked me to do it
again I probably would."

Sean says he is ready for a repeat performance for the 2008 calendar
