Those of you going to Mixed Weapons War, here's some more info

Greetings all,

Just a couple of items you should know about our use of White Tanks
Regional Park this coming weekend.

1. For day trippers. Park hours on Friday and Saturday are 6AM to
10 PM. The gate to the park will close and be LOCKED at 10PM on
Friday and Saturday nights. We will not have the means to unlock
this gate. You should keep in mind that there is at least a 10
minute drive to the gate from where you will be parked. The gate
will close at 8PM Sunday night however our event closes at 6PM.

2. Fees collected at the gate by the park is as follows, $5 per
vehicle per day and $8 per unit per night. Those who are camping
will not be charged a day use fee for Sunday.

So, if you day trip Friday, Saturday and Sunday your vehicle and all
of its contents should cost a total of $15.

If you camp Friday and Saturday night your vehicle and all of its
contents should cost $10 and each unit used to camp in should cost
$16. These are park fees and are collected by the park at the gate.
this is not part of the Event site fee.

Event site fees are as follows, adults $5 with proof of membership
and nonmembers is $8, ages 10-17 is $3 with proof of membership and
nonmembers is $6, under 10 is free (site waiver is still required)

Feast is by reservation only which was required by March 13th.
Payment should be made at troll if you have not yet done so.

Please remember that you must not disturb the flora of the park.
Please do not clear areas of plant life to accomdate tents or shade
pavilions. The only electrical lighting is in the 2 ramadas and the
restroom/shower building. (Yes there are showers!!!)

We look forward to seeing you all at this momentous event. Come and
enjoy the splendor of this beautiful desert park setting. And as
always, please leave it cleaner than we found it.
