Hey all!

Some of the ideas for scenarios next year - do you have any ideas or modifications?

Daniel, I am with you and His Grace Mathghamahain
(sp?)
I would like to see a city battle again as well. Lets
throw out some ideas on this one.

For setup I was thinking maybe 2 or 3 city streets 20'
wide with a couple alleys to allow flow across from
one road to the other or perhaps doors on both sides
of a building to allow fight through to the other
street, a few dead ends, perhaps a 'Town Square' or
STables area in the center, multiple turns to
navigate, etc.
Here is a little typed map as a visual to toy around
with - not sure if it will come out right in everyones
e-mail but worth a try:

As this would be an attrition battle, valuable
objectives or a timed scenario could make it more
agressive. Perhaps a goal to keep the city Magistrate
alive or a raid to capture the food & horses to supply
the army~

I was just considering the demand for hay bales this
would create and am thinking that we could possibly
use the Barony Atenveldt Field ropes for the outer
boundries and save hay bales for inner city walls.

If needed I could sketch up a city plan in CAD and
post a viewable file to the files area.

Other thoughts on this?

To all reading this, it's the best advice you’ll ever get: learn a trade. It really doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's a function which cannot be transported -- and no, computer repair doesn't count, PCs are little things which can be shipped, or trashed. Learn how to fix jet engines, or how to rewire a building, or how to pour concrete.Your trade skills will give you a "forget you" option when dealing with corporate management: it's the wild card tucked in your sleeve, and no one can take it away from you.

Stay independent: it's the American way.
