Greetings to All, On behalf of our Lord of the Event/Autocrat, M'lord
William of Steadfast, I would like to pass along the following
information. Date: May 16-18, 2003 Place: Estrella Mountain Park,
ramada 2 Park Fees are $5.00 per car per day. This gives you a 24
hour pass to come and go as you please. You must tell the ranger at
the gate that you will be camping if you intend to camp. There is no
charge per tent any longer. Site fees will be announced by Clan Haven
and by The Isle of Medieval Enchantment. There will be no site fee
for the Steadfast Gathering however, donations will be accepted to
help cover the cost of the site reservation. Friday:
Site opening at 5:00 pm
Set up and relax time afterwords.

Saturday:
House Steadfast Gathering "court"
Hardsuit Tourney
Light Weapons Tourney
" Swishy poke "/Rapier Tourney, if their are any who want to be the
House Champion for such.
Tourneys are for House Champions. Clan Haven will be holding a Clan
Gathering and the investiture of their new High Chief, as well as
tournaments and festivities of their own.
Closing of House Steadfast Gathering "court".

Challenge tourneys for any and all who might want to fight each other.

Formal Royal Feast provided by HM Segurocha Unegen of The Isle of
Medieval Enchantment. There is to be no feast fee. Please inform
M'lord William if you plan to participate in the feast so that the
number of participants can be passed on to HM Segurocha. Bardic
hosted by The Isle of Medieval Enchantment.
