When you get on site, there will be a waiver packet that includes
waivers for both Terra Solis/Clan Haven and Dragon's Gate. If you
plan on participating in any of the Dragon's Gate activities, please
fill out their waiver as well.

The A&S competition has been combined with Dragon's Gate
competition.

You will be judged by your peers!

Your product will be on display and the populace, having 4 beans for
judging, will indicate their approval by dropping a bean in a covered
cup located in front of your display.

There will be a winner proclaimed for Clan Haven, Dragon's Gate and
Overall.

Ther are Children's activities and if there is enough participation,
we will also have youth combat. Dragon's gate has a waiver for this
activity to be filled out.

The feast is Pot Luck. Please see the list below for the items to
bring.
