Here’s your opportunity to ride on U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton roads normally not open to the public. These freshly-paved and lightly-traveled roads offer some of the most scenic vistas in Southern California.

Choose between a 41-mile and 73-mile option. Rides start and finish at San Clemente High School in picturesque San Clemente, California. Challenge yourself to nearly 3,290 feet of climbing for the 73-mile ride. Though this is not a race, we will chip time a half-mile 10.4% grade climb within Camp Pendleton. Results will be posted during the event and on the Breakaway USA Web site afterward.
