I'm new to this group, so please excuse me if this question has been
asked before. I tried a search, but didn't find much.

Besides Kirk's Bikes, and Grand Bicycles, are there any other shops in
San Diego that cater to tandems? Does anyone know if Grand Bicycles
is still open?

I'm looking to purchase one of those independant pedal systems for
tandems, which allow the captain and/or stoker to pedal at different
RPMs. I need the type with the freewheeling chainrings, and the
synchronizing ring on the right side. This is for a personal project
I am building.
