Shameless Plug!!!
I completed the Road 1 Class with Kerry Kunsman back in January and
would
highly recommend this class to anyone. I think everyone can learn a lot
from this class regardless of how much road riding experience you have.
It is very well worth the time and you can't beat the price. The more
educated riders we have out on the streets the better for all of us,
cyclists and motorists.

>The March session of the Road 1, Bike for Life course is starting this
weekend, March 5th. This class is being taught by Jim Baross in the
North
Park/Normal Heights area (near 30th & Adams). All you need for this
course is
a multi-speed bike, bicycling helmet, desire to improve your bicycling
skills
and enjoyment, and a few hours of your mornings. Participants should
already be
able to ride a bicycle. There is more information online at
www.sdcbc.org and
www.bikeleague.org.

etc.
Jim has been giving the Road 1/Effective Cycling courses since 1986.

evening phone is (619)280-6908 and his email is jimbaross@....

www.sdcbc.
org or contact Kathy Keehan execdir@... for details on the April
and
other classes. The fee for the nine-hours of instruction is usually $50,
but
for a limited time, due to a program grant from the City of San Diego,
it's
free!
