Sharon & I will be leading a tandem ride on Sunday the 29th from Pine Valley to Julian. We'll leave from the Post Office parking lot in Pine Valley at 9:15 am. The ride immediately starts climbing 2200' up Sunrise Hwy (S1) to Mt. Laguna Summit then on to Hwy 79 and Julian for lunch. The return will take Hwy 79 down thru Cuyamaca to Descanso, Guatay and back into Pine Valley. Total mileage is 57 miles and most of the climbing in the first 10 miles.
