Folks--

To remind you, we are having a SDTC planning party this Sunday afternoon, June 13, anytime after 3:30 p.m., at the home of Creed and Jenne McPherson. It's going to be a great afternoon, with swimming, volleyball and Kirk and Trudie's photos of the Natchez Trace. We're also expecting a guest from the MASCOTS up in LA. The club will provide burgers (various kinds, including veggie) and beverages, accompanied by a potluck side dishes and desserts, which we're counting on everyone to bring.

The only missing ingredient is you. PLEASE try to make time in your schedule--this is your club, after all. And then RSVP Jenne ASAP if you can make it. As usual, we're going to map out the ride schedule for the next few months, and we're also going to talk about what to do about our rally this year and hear about plans for a regional tandem rally in October. If you are ready and able to lead a ride but can't come, please let me know, and we'll include you in the schedule. If you have ideas about the rally but can't come, please let me know, and we'll factor them in. We can't plan the food if we don't hear from you; we can't fill out the ride schedule without volunteers; and we can't make decisions if we don't get feedback.

Tony and I were out of town and then very busy and didn't have time to snail mail out the flyers this time, but don't let that stop you. We really want--and need--you to be there in more than spirit.
