Thanks to those of you who stopped by to visit this week.

Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy are all going well. There
are small improvements every day, but for Betty they are minimal
compared to as far as she has to go before she is ready to leave the
rehab center. The doctors have discontinued the use of the neck collar
and in another week she will no longer need the back brace. This should
lighten Betty's load for standing and progressing to walking.

She has an appointment with a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
physician on the 18th and there should be some decision about the
possibility of moving to a full rehabilitation facility.
